We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items over £50 are shipped by courier and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery of car audio products will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated online but .......delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, .......costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers have any issues with dispatch, we will notify you of this position .......immediately. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
In case of damage
Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be advised to us immediately via email or phone and/or on .......your delivery note from the courier. An item will only be considered lost once investigated and accepted by the courier or royal mail as missing. This in some cases can take .......up to 14 days to investigate. Any lost item will be replaced or refunded in full.
If a parcel is returned undelivered due to wrong/incomplete address being provided, you will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. In this case .......such charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to you directly.
